About This Business
CrossFit Sweat Shop has been operating in Walnut Creek since 2009. Our staff is comprised of professional coaches, most of which have either a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. Our small, but highly educated, and experienced, coaching staff allows us to both train our members on a more personal level, but also bringing the benefit of years of academic, and real-world experience. When paired with our supportive community of members, it's difficult not to achieve your health and fitness goals at CrossFit Sweat Shop!
