Located at Parker Road and Arapahoe, in Centennial, Colorado - F45 Training Centennial East provides functional 45 minute sessions in a controlled group environment, delivered by two nationally certified personal trainers per class. Our weekly schedule is set up so you can train everyday. We provide 1-on-1 training within a group environment, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, that delivers life changing results. Monday, Wednesday & Friday are Cardio days. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are Strength. Saturday is our 1 hour hybrid called Hollywood with a Live DJ. No Mirrors, No Egos. We provide a fun, motivating and encouraging atmosphere for any fitness level. Team Training, Life Changing - We are F45 Training.
