Since 2011, Nela Athletics has helped the Northeast LA community—especially Eagle Rock—build lasting strength, confidence, and healthy habits. With at least seven expert-led group classes every weekday, plus personal and small group training, we meet you where you are and help you grow. Our movement-focused coaching, beginner-friendly intro series, and 5 wellness pillars—sleep, hydration, nutrition, recovery, and exercise—set us apart.
